Trinity Stone are proud suppliers of reclaimed stone used to restore the 12th century Rathaldron Castle and the 14th century Castle Pook. Most noteworthy of our reclaimed stone is its infinite capacity to blend in with buildings almost 800 years old. This is certainly evident at the beautifully restored Rathaldron Castle, located near Navan, Co Meath. This castle is tantamount to the scope of use of our reclaimed stone products and how well they can be used to seamlessly repair and restore ancient buildings. Similarly, we supplied stone to the magnificent Castle Pook, Co. Cork, a Norman style castle situated at the foothills of the Ballyhoura Mountains. The castle was originally built in 1380, and today in the 21st century, sections of the building are being beautifully restored using our reclaimed limestone, using ancient stonemasonry techniques.
